Ability to organize and be creative. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food. Must-Haves: Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. A high level of customer service training would be a plus. Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience in casual, buffet and or fine dining restaurant. You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk continually throughout a scheduled shift. Ability to bend, stoop and reach while carrying dishes, glasses and serving tray. Ability to push bus cart and carry trash/linen bags weighing up to 35 pounds.

Deliver food orders accurately and timely to customers in the dining room and In-Room Dining Ensure that the expo line is clean, condiments are stocked and orders are correctly garnished and marked.
