What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or food service industry is preferred. Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, with the ability to support budgeting, cost control, and profitability efforts. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly addressing challenges and making informed decisions. Qualifications: Minimum age of 18 years old. Ability to pass a background check. This role requires full-time (45) flexible hours, including nights & weekends.
