Job Summary: As a Dishwasher you will sanitize and clean all dishware at the Distibution Center / Roastery. This role also assists Prep Cooks and Line Cooks with inventory and maintaining a clean work environment. Daily Tasks and Projects: Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing the kitchen Assist in inventory control by labeling and organizing produce and goods in the walk-in Assist with loading and unloading food and beverage deliveries Job Qualifications: Familiarity with safe and sanitary food handling and preparation Great collaboration and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and quality control Basic knowledge of produce, kitchen operations, health and safety Required Education, Certification, or Experience: Food Handlers Certification (within 30 days of employment) Kitchen or food experience Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Compensation and Benefits: $13-$15 per hour, based on experience Opportunity to participate in company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) if 30 hr average over 6-month period Bonuses and raises available, based on meeting performance goals FLSA status: Non-exempt
