Description of Company: For more than 100 years, Orchard Ridge Assisted Living has cared for seniors. We are a nonprofit and one of only a few assisted living's that have been awarded the Gold Excellence of Care by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare! Our team works cooperatively together to ensure all resident needs are met. Advanced knowledge of industrial kitchen appliances a plus Knowledge of basic diets, willing to learn when needed Ability to remain calm under stressful situations Effective and clear communications with residents, resident families and staff Must be able to pass criminal and drug background tests as required by Bureau of Licensing and corporate policies Must be able to work respectfully and compassionately with older adults Compensation details: 17-18 Hourly Wage PI0edc4-2863
