POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining high quality guest interactions, delivery/running food, bussing tables and overall restaurant cleanliness. Maintain organization of expo area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare dining areas before guests are seated to include cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. Provide tableware and condiments for guests. Serve water and refill beverages for the guest. Taking orders to the table and delivering all items in a timely manner to the correct guest Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed. Provide special silverware sets to families with young children. Clean and reset tables after guests leave. Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas. Cleaning and stocking items throughout the restaurant to include condiment stations. Completing side work as directed by the supervisor. Training and teaching other employees. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in similar Job role preferred, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required. EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required. PHYSICAL ABILITY: Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed. Ability to carry and balance heavy food & beverage trays. Continuous use of hands and arms Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting. Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards.
