Paradise Valley Country Club is seeking Server Assistants to join our team on a part-time basis for evening shifts in our Main Dining Room. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our members and guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your responsibilities will include setting and cleaning dining room tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Key Responsibilities: Assist servers in their tasks to enhance the dining experience for members and guests. Welcome guests by serving water and bread as they are seated. Assist in carrying food trays to tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Remove soiled dishes from tables and bring them to the dishwashing area. Replace soiled linen with clean linen to maintain a fresh and inviting dining environment. Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other items in accordance with the restaurant's standards. Maintain the cleanliness of dining room areas, including dusting chairs before and after meals. Stock servers' station with necessary supplies to ensure smooth service. Collect and dispose of trash from the dining room, grill, and other specified areas after each serving period. Keep ice bins and buckets filled to serve chilled beverages. Requirements Friendly and pleasant demeanor to provide excellent customer service. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring efficient and organized service.
