About Evermore Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons . Key Responsibilities: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pot and pans using dishwashers or by hand Maintain kitchen work areas including equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Operate commercial dishwashers to clean and sanitize kitchenware, including dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, following established procedures and hygiene standards. Inspect and verify the cleanliness of items, ensuring they meet the resort's high sanitation and quality standards. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils in serving stations, stock areas and refrigeration units. Sweep and mop floors, including floor mats Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area Complete safety training and certifications Perform other duties as assigned Education, Skills and Experience Experience in stewarding or willingness and aptitude to learn the role Attention to detail Capable of performing role in a busy work environment Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays and rotating schedule Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines / instructions in English Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and / or reach repeatedly Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and carry, pull, and push heavy objects and materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with exposure to heat and moisture.
