DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional guest service while exhibiting the OWA mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service Take guests' orders, offering suggestions, and upselling about delicious menu items Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers and Mobile Ordering tablets Feed hungry guests promptly and satisfy growling stomachs with fresh food Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and keep all areas clean and safe for guests Follow all protocols for sanitization of workspace and proper disposal of garbage/trash items in garbage bins or trash disposal REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: At least 16-years-old Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and to work in various weather conditions (indoor, outdoor, warm weather, cold weather, etc.) Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters Friendly, outgoing personality who would be comfortable inviting guests to your station Ability to work with a team to relay food orders as needed Positive attitude to make guests excited about their meal Passion for delicious food
