POSITION TITLE: Child Nutrition - Kitchen Worker HOURS: 0.50 hr/day, 5 day/wk, 180 day/yr 11:30 am - 12:00 pm (anticipated) LOCATION: Weston High School HOURLY RANGE: $24.42 - $30.19 per hour and dependent upon prior experience. Hourly rate includes $1.33 - $2.93 vacation factor which is only paid on hours worked (up to 40 hours). BENEFITS: Employees anticipated to work 630 hours in a school calendar year may be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension, VEBA, and 403(b). Up to 12 Sick Days, 2 Personal Days, and 13 Paid Holidays - prorated based upon start date and days worked SUMMARY: Under supervision of the Director of Child Nutrition and the direction of the Kitchen Lead, the Kitchen Worker performs a variety of tasks including food preparation, serving of meals, cashiering, loading/unloading food carts, storage of food, and cleanup of work areas.
