We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef who excels in leading dynamic teams and managing high-volume operations in a luxury restaurant environment, all while maintaining the essence and identity of the establishment. This is an incredible chance to make your mark in an exciting culinary destination. Responsibilities: Menu costing and evaluation in collaboration with the cost control team. Recipe management and accuracy. Responsible for training operations teams on new dishes and menu launches. Regularly auditing recipe adherence with the Chief Culinary Officer and corporate team. Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation to ensure consistently high quality and minimize food costs. Interact with Food and Beverage and Operations management to ensure food production consistently exceeds the expectations of members and guests. What We're Looking For: At least 10 years in an executive kitchen role in a high-end, fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. A background in Michelin-starred restaurants is highly appreciated. Strong leadership and team management skills. A meticulous eye for detail to ensure exceptional quality in every dish. Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities In-depth knowledge and passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
