The ideal candidate will: • Maintain clean, spotless and immaculate tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment by use of a power dishwasher and a 3 bay sink • Keep an organized kitchen and dish area making sure all clean equipment is returned to the proper place and department. • Follow all established procedures to meticulously clean station at end of the shift • Prep food which might include; peeling vegetables, cutting fruits, and packaging product as needed with training provided. The Café Deli Service Team Member is responsible for an array of tasks to include, first and foremost, providing outstanding "extra mile" service to our guests. Along with the ability to run a register and ensure a sparkling clean café area, the ideal candidate would have a general knowledge of sandwich and salad prep. Café Deli Service team members have an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings and are always available to answer guest questions.
