POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for maintaining high quality guest interactions, delivery/running food, bussing tables and overall restaurant cleanliness. Maintain organization of expo area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated to include cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Provide tableware and condiments for guests.
- Serve water and refill beverages for the guest.
- Taking orders to the table and delivering all items in a timely manner to the correct guest
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
- Provide special silverware sets to families with young children.
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
- Cleaning and stocking items throughout the restaurant to include condiment stations.
- Completing side work as directed by the supervisor.
- Training and teaching other employees.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in similar Job role preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
EDUCATION:High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
PHYSICAL ABILITY:- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to carry and balance heavy food & beverage trays.
- Continuous use of hands and arms
- Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards.
