Position Overview The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning efforts. This position is also responsible for washing appliances, emptying trash, scrubbing floors, and other cleaning duties as needed. Hours: Monday through Thursday 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM Compensation - $21.00/hour + Excellent Benefits Essential Duties Include but are not limited to the following: Provide the highest quality of service at all times. Ensure preparation stations and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized. Comply with sanitation/safety standards within Food Services and ensure all personnel follow safety/sanitation standards. Ensure availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware by cleaning and restocking areas and cook stations. Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen. Clean food prep stations and sanitize. Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items have broken or spilled. Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans. Assist with other cleaning/sanitization needs as requested. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent internal and external facing customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work and contribute in a team environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability and means to travel between Madison locations. Minimum Qualifications Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 1+ years of experience working in food service management, hospitality management, customer service, or related field. Working knowledge of sanitation procedures. Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $56,000.00 The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
