Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Cage to join our casino operations team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will oversee daily cage operations, supervise cashiers, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Supervise and coordinate daily cage operations and cashier activities during assigned shifts Enforce casino regulatory rules, internal controls, and accounting procedures to protect company assets Monitor business demands and assist in making necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments Train, mentor, and supervise cage personnel while promoting a positive team environment Handle guest service inquiries and employee-related issues with professionalism Manage marker bank operations and maintain accurate financial records Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all departments Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and gaming control board regulations Monitor and verify cash transactions, credit extensions, and chip inventories Implement and maintain superior guest service standards for both internal and external customers Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a casino cage or financial environment required Demonstrated experience in cash handling and financial transactions Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer operations and casino management systems Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Comprehensive knowledge of gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Experience in conflict resolution and customer service Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
