Professional Assistant Kitchen Manager: Starting Wage $17-19 at Library Road location. (depending on experience) Highlights: Reports to Professional Kitchen Manager 2nd shift only. Must have flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed. Must have experience working as a Line Cook / Expo Must Possess a passion for food service-loves working with Food and Customers. Understanding and knowledge of food safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Must Prepares all menu items in a neat and timely manner. Must be able to manage Expo.
