Duties and Responsibilities:- Excellent guest service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail; highly organized and efficient in high pressure environment.
- Grilling, cooking, and frying foods for concession stands and group events, as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of concession stand and follow sanitation guidelines.
- Communicating with stand leader throughout shift to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, slice, mix, etc. a variety of foods.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy kitchen environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality, and cleanliness.
