Educates customers about the specialty drinks, coffees, and food items. Accurately enters sales orders into cash register and completes transaction for customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Assists in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation standards. Job Requirements Education Required: None Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: 1+ years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation OR previous experience as a Barista Skills Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math Excellent communication skills Able to follow directions and work together as a team player Able to stand for long periods of time Able to move quickly Excellent customer service skills Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
