Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to oversee all operations for an upscale restaurant in Lake Geneva, WI. This restaurant is known for its exciting themes and vibrant atmosphere, delivering exceptional food and service to guests. Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus, medical benefits, PTO, 401K, and more!

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Restaurant Management experience in an upscale setting
• Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
• Strong leadership ability including training new employees
• Strong Financial acumen
