Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of upscale/fine dining restaurant experience.
- Japanese experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in overseeing a busy, high-end dining kitchen, emphasizing top-notch food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept, emphasize seasonal ingredients, and cater to customer preferences.
- Manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants, through training, guidance, and performance feedback.
