Role Summary

The General Manager/Operator (GM) is the heart of our restaurant, leading operations with an entrepreneurial mindset and a dedication to excellence. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from day-to-day operations to team development and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to invest in their team, their restaurant, and their own growth. Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Analyze sales data and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team that shares a commitment to our values.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, creating opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, prioritizing teamwork and open communication.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Financial Performance

• Drive profitability by managing costs, optimizing labor, and maximizing sales.
