How you will make an impact:
As a Cook at St. Mark Village, you are responsible for preparing daily meals and special event menus for both the Independent Dining Room and Care Center, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed. You will collaborate with the culinary team in food production, menu planning, and the preparation of baked goods, while also overseeing the proper presentation of meals. As a Cook, you supervise and mentor culinary associates, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely food production, and maintains a clean kitchen environment.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with day-time hours.
