Role Description

This is a full-time Server role at Troubadour Bread & Bistro. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the style that is unique to the restaurant, responsible for knowledge of the seasonal dishes and being able to communicate with the guest on their preferences and questions, serving food and beverages in a fine-dining style, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role involves working closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a smooth and well executed service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sensitivity to detail
• 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry
• Ability to receive feedback and aim for growth
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Culinary or hospitality education is a plus
• Previous experience in a fine dining establishment is preferred
