Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 + Outstanding Benefits

A nationally recognized, chef-led restaurant is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a high-volume, upscale dining establishment. This is an opportunity to join a celebrity-chef partnered concept known for its locally inspired menus, polished service, and inviting guest experience - all within a luxury property setting.

We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader who brings strong hospitality instincts, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager, AGM, or Director of Restaurants in a fine dining, celebrity chef, or luxury hotel restaurant environment
• Background in Michelin-star restaurants, Forbes-rated dining, or upscale chef-driven concepts preferred
• Strong experience with P&L management, labor controls, staff training, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Approachable, hands-on leadership style with proven ability to build and retain a high-performing team
• Seeking a long-term opportunity to lead, grow, and create something exceptional

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to maintain elevated service standards
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of 60+ FOH staff
• Maintain cost controls, scheduling, and adherence to DOH and hospitality compliance standards
• Drive team culture, accountability, and daily performance through coaching and leadership
