About the Role: The Sous Chef supports the Culinary Lead in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all culinary offerings at Plum Market Food Service Eppley Airfield. What you will bring: Minimum 23 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset. High level of organization and attention to detail. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Must pass an airport background check and qualify for airport badging. Experience in airport or travel-related food service settings. ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.
