Experience & Technical Training: Minimum of three (3) years restaurant management experience in a General Manager role required. Full Service Restaurant General Management experience required. Culinary background is desirable. Other Technical Skills: Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
