Eclipse is an upscale, full-service restaurant located in the Hattiesburg, Mississippi area. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and producing food items according to the restaurant's quality and timing standards. This position will report to the Executive Chef and other restaurant managers. Culinary training is preferred but not required. A minimum of two years full-service restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a positive mindset.
