JOB OVERVIEW

As a professional, high-energy Bartender, you will serve classic cocktails and exciting new

beverages to our guests. You will greet Guests, learn about their preferences, prepare, and serve

classic cocktails and custom themed beverages, answer questions, and recommend menu items.

You will also upsell items, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning

duties.

This job requires you to work during the evening, on weekends, and occasionally on holidays.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Welcoming Guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences,

making recommendations, and taking drink orders.

Knowing the drink menus and informing Guests about new beverages and specials.

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to Guests.

Checking identification to ensure Guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and

returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.

Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and

washing glasses, utensils, equipment, etc.

Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire bar area including counters, floors, liquor wells,

liquor bottles, all equipment, ice wells, etc.

Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Have a neat appearance.

Engaging and friendly personality.

Efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

Must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Proven working experience or knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks is a plus.

Must complete online training course of responsible serving of alcohol.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical demands include but are not limited to:

The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle, or feel, reach with

hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities will

Must be able to move and transport up to 35 lbs
