We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in restaurant leadership, bartending, and hospitality. As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, leadership, and maintaining operational standards.

The Restaurant Supervisor should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. They should also have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to compromise when needed to keep customers happy. Must be available to work variable schedules (day, evening and weekends). Minimum 3 years restaurant experience.
