Kitchen Manager

The Anna Maria Oyster Bars in Florida are looking for an experienced casual dining front of the house managers for our growing & expanding organization!

Experience in a fast paced casual dining environment is a must. Applicant will have local address as relocation is not part of this position. Only experienced food service professionals need to reply by resume.

Anna Maria Oyster Bar is currently a 6 unit family operated concept with years of food service experience in the Greater Bradenton area with tremendous growth in the near future. We specialize in seafood and outstanding customer service with a large community involvement. Only resumes will be accepted for this position. No phone calls please.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service in a casual dining environment.
• Train and manage staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Handle inventory control and maintain food service standards.
• Supervise food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to enhance the dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
