What You'll Do:
- Create and execute pastries, cookies, and baked goods aligned with our brand and seasonal offerings
- Prepare and plate desserts for events onsite, ensuring flavor and presentation are flawless
- Maintain high food safety standards and allergen labeling
- Contribute to new recipe development and tastings
- Support kitchen staff in pastry prep and mentor team on pastry standards
- Manage digital recipe files, production notes, and ordering needs
Schedule & Perks:
- Part-time, flexible schedule based on events (some weekends and evenings required)
- $21$25 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen
- High attention to detail and visual presentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with dietary accommodations (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc.)
- A calm, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using digital tools for planning and documentation
- Current Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs independently (and team-lifting up to 60 lbs), and working in environments that may be hot, cold, or damp. Candidates must be able to bend, reach, and move quickly in a kitchen or onsite event setting.
Compensation details: 21-25 Hourly Wage
