YOU ARE:

• Obsessed with guest experience and operational excellence
• Experienced in managing both Front and Back of House teams
• Financially savvy, with a strong handle on restaurant economics, including:
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and hitting sales/profit targets
• Tracking labor, food, and beverage costs and key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Overseeing ordering and inventory for food, drinks, and supplies
• Reducing waste and driving cost efficiency
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Kind, firm, reliable, and fun to work with
