A boutique hotel in Hendersonville, NC is looking for an Executive Chef to run operations!
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine, preferably in a full-service property.
- Boutique hotel experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in improving key performance metrics related to the Food & Beverage department and guest satisfaction.
- Banquet experience a must.

- Align with team goals, measuring success through the hotel's Food & Beverage profitability and service performance.
- Enhance the culinary experience by elevating food quality and presentation for guests.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of culinary team members.
