Understand modified diets and is a team player in working toward patient/resident nutritional well-being. Ensures compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as it relates to food service. The Cook assists with set-up, service, and clean-up of food production. Ensure that food temperatures are maintained at proper levels at preparation and throughout service. Ensure that all food supplies are on hand per the planned menu 24 hours prior to meal service. Background check and drug screen disclaimer: Employees are required to pass a State and Federal background check and pass a drug and alcohol test.
