Performs a variety of custodial duties. Distributes all utensils, china, silverware, and pots to appropriate areas after washing. Washes worktables, walls, and work areas. Sweeps and mops floors. Assists with catering deliveries; loads and unloads handtrucks; picks up or delivers supplies or food items. Cleans and maintains restrooms; scours, disinfects, and deodorizes toilet bowls and sinks and wipes, cleans and polishes counters/vanities. Picks up, segregates and bags trash and garbage and removes all trash and rubbish to designated areas. Sweeps dirt and leaves and shovels snow from walkways and spreads sand on walkways. Records amount and type of supplies on hand. Assists with supply inventory.
